My Aussie life

As promised, I will report my adventure to all of you when I have gotten a job. The good news is, I have gotten a job. Yeah!!!

Day one, arrived. Sydney was raining and bloody cold (12c)…

Day two, met six new friends.

Day three, started my walk-in-ask-for-job hunting. After five tried I have gotten a job, selling muffin in a cafe.

Day four, two boys and I had a walk to see the Opera House, at mid night. Yes, I was drunk.

Day five, I supposed to have the trial of selling muffin, but the owner told me her friend need the job…Then she referred me to her neighbor, selling fruit and vegetable juicy in a shopping mall. After 3 hours trial, I was fired.

Day six, I was so blue.

Day seven, I was still blue but I have tried busking on the street.

Day eight
, visiting the Blue Mountain, the tour guide kept talking about what was the real Aussie life and how they tried to keep the balance between economic development and protecting the environment.

Day nine, keep busy for job-hunting. I have had my first formal interview.

Day ten, keep busy for that, and have had my second and third and fourth formal interview.

Day eleven, I need rest. That’s why I slept with a French boy, in the park, under the beautiful sunshine.

Day twelve, I have gotten two trials, one was in a visa card company and the other was in an Italian restaurant. The first one hired me, without basic salary that paid me on commission.

I will stay in Sydney for two more weeks, I hope. It depends on can I handle the job. 22nd is the start of my job, pray for me.
